After looking into your order, I can see that the order was placed on a Friday after the 12pm cut-off, which means it would not have been processed until the following Monday. It was then dispatched on the 7th, and delivered on the 8th. Hopefully, you are pleased with your goods.
The feedback requests are automatically sent out 4 days after an order is placed. Most of the time, they arrive after our customers have had the goods, but in the cases where they arrive prior to this, our customers will generally wait until the goods arrive and then place their review.
