I do apologise for the inconvenience. My colleague did email you and attempt to call you on the day that we had to refund your order, but did not get through. It is possible that the mail went to your Spam inbox and that could be why you did not see it.
It is company policy to always inform the customer when an item is cancelled, and do apologise that we were not able to adequately notify you this time.
We do hope that you will give us another chance in the future to show you the top level of service we always aim to offer.
