We are sorry to read that you were not happy with the overall process of your application and acknowledge your statement of dissatisfaction.

After looking at your application in detail, there was clearly a delay caused by the need for a court to action the transfer paperwork. With them involved it required a lot of chasing on your advisor behalf to try and confirm a completion date and keep the case moving forward. It was important to keep all parties updated and often phone calls were needed which were also backed up by group emails.
