We rarely reply to reviews but seeing as we work so hard as a business to get good reviews I was disappointed to read this and wanted to address it in the interests of clarity and fairness. As you can see from almost every other review, we work hard and honestly to help our clients. Now your case was what is called a "Package only" case, this is not something we do often, which means we, Chaseblue Loans, had no direct contact with you the client, you dealt with a mortgage broker who in turn used us to "package" your documents. To address your issues one by one: 1. Quote and real rates had difference - We give indicative quotes to your broker based on a set of circumstances he gave us, if the situation is then different, the rate will of course change, this is beyond our control as we are just working off information given to us by a third party. 2. Demanded such documents which were irrelevant for the loan - We would only request documents that ARE necessary for the lenders to review your application, anything else should be taken up with your advising broker. 3. Time period of loan offer was very short. I had to took the loan before my required date. Which cost me extra - This is down to the lender, not Chaseblue, we cant control how long lenders offers are valid for unfortunately, you also dont have to draw the money down, thats your decision. 4. They paid my credit card bill which I paid already from the loan amount. Which I gave them proof already - The lender issues and up to date consolidation form with the mortgage offer, this is to avoid errors like this. You would have signed this form to confirm it was correct, had your broker informed us of any changes we would have relayed them to the lender on your behalf. 5. I paid nearly 5k in charges which they added to my bill. Which I would like to pay upfront to avoid interest. Very expensive second charge - Second charge fees are more expensive than first charges, this is due to higher processing costs, costs of valuations and complexities, however we give all of our clients the option to pay fees up front. Again, this is something you should have taken up with the broker that gave you the mortgage advice, this wasnt Chaseblue as it was a package only case.
