Thank you very much for your feedback. We apologise that we had to exclude the floor from the drying certificate however the reason is that we would have been liable if the new floor had blown, if we are not satisfied with the minimum readings. We follow strict moisture drying guidelines concerning the readings that we can sign off on and we have to be particularly carefully regarding reinstatement of wooden flooring as it is so susceptible to moisture. However, we do appreciate that you wanted to meet the slot for the fitting of your new floor to get back to normal as quickly as possible after such an upheaval. Hopefully there will be no problems, but just wanted to let you know that we have to follow certain criteria to sign off on and issue our drying certificates.
