I've had a look at your order and can see that it was placed on Feb 4th, and dispatched on the 7th - and that you'd emailed Amy for un update on the morning of the 7th asking when the necklace would be sent. Apologies if our messaging is not clear, but due to the bespoke nature of our pieces we put everything together by hand, so delivery does not include production time (we state this when you select your postage - see below).
