I am afraid that this is a kerb side delivery service and they do not bring the chairs upstairs or unwrap and take the rubbish away. All sites are the same as this as to use a courier service that delivers to room of choice and unpacks is just to expensive. Jamie Welch

Thank you for your review. I am sorry this was a system error as the foot mat you ordered had been delivered which then generated the email. As discussed on the phone the chairs will be with you shortly as these are an upholstered made to order item and is a longer process.
