Prompt delivery of the chair. They didn't advise the desk was out of stock until after we rang up to find out why the delivery has not occurred. Still was debited for it though. Had to get a refund....

Good. Instruction sheet not quite consistent with actuality, leading to some confusion. Left and right incorrectly labelled on fittings but did not cause a problem as obvious.

Thank you for your review and I do find it strange that you say you did not receive a reply as I went through with you that the base of the unit was threaded and the feet screwed in. The only think I can think is that this review was made prior to me calling. I am pleased though that the feet are now fitted and that you are happy.
