Thank you for your review. You had advised us you did not like the chair and that it was not faulty therefore we advised we would have the chair back but carriage charges did apply which were £35. We also advised that we would deliver another chair of your choice free of charge and look into a discount to offset the carriage charges but you put the phone down and would not answer when we called back.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you feel this way. We delivered seven boards and one was damaged I can see, we did ask for images to show the damage and were not able to move forward until we obtained these.

We did send a new board as soon as we received the images and I can only apologise for the courier damage and will look into our communication moving forward.
