Won't use again

Though the chair is fine, I wouldn't be hurrying back here to purchase another. Disappointing customer service and missing parts meant long delays before I could use my chair.

It is a shame I didn't get what I was expecting.

I ordered a leather chair, and check when I ordered it that is was leather. It wasn't!! Poor imitation faux leather.
