These sit separately from our Premium Mixed Hardwood bags that you’ve ordered previously, which is why the burn characteristics feel different this time. Silver Birch naturally burns faster and hotter than mixed hardwood, so we completely understand why the experience hasn’t matched what you’re used to. If you prefer the steadier, longer burn of mixed hardwood, our Premium range would be the best option going forward, and we’d be more than happy to help make sure you select the product that suits your stove and burn style.
