Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your recent purchase did not meet your expectations. We have taken on board your feedback about the pop up which suggests that you could save more money buying crates, but please note that the pop up offers several crate sizes for you to choose from in comparison to purchasing the bulk bag options. Crates do indeed offer a more economical purchase per m3 but not when comparing a smaller crate to a larger bulk bag. We clearly display the volumes of wood you are selecting but it does require our customers to consider the various options of volume before proceeding with a purchase to ensure they’re selecting the right option for them. The volume of wood received is calculated according to the Woodsure’s guidelines of calculating stacked into loose volume, which instructs that 1m3 of stacked volume equates to 1.67m3 of loose volume. The crate dimensions and its relative volumes are clearly displayed on the website. Please also note that our customer service team are on hand to offer excellent advice in regards to the various purchasing options we now offer if for some reason you find our website difficult to manoeuvre.
