We did not encounter any problems when we were abroad (thankfully) so cannot comment on how quickly or efficiently Cedar Tree deal with claims

Terrible company, complicated to navigate how to actually make a claim, appeared that they tried their best to not pay out. Would not recommend.

Thankfully did not need to use my insurance . Was impressed with the e mail I was sent on my arrival Home , asking if all had gone well , and sent me a link with claim form in case it was needed :)?

We did not have to make a claim but booking the policy was quick and easy and we received regular texts after the holiday to get in touch had we needed too.
