Paid then told the delivery delayed for 4 weeks

Check on delivery times and don’t take payment until good are ready for despatch , we could have used another supplier, we are struggling without this microwave which still is not here

Thank you for leaving your feedback. Apologies that there has been a long delay with your order. We were told that the microwave was coming in the very next week with the supplier hence giving you this information as a 5-7 working day delivery. It then got delayed, which was to do with shipping and entirely beyond Caterkwik's control. We took the money in the first place due to thinking there was no issue with supply. I shall ask our solutions coordinator to get in touch with you today to resolve the payment side. Thank you & sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

I'm really pleased that you were third time lucky. The statement balance was just showing you had two replacement machines, they are both back now so I have credited your balance and your statement now shows 0. Apologies for the misunderstanding.
