Any exception or deviation to this is expected to be communicated as a matter of urgency. Unfortunately this did not happen and we apologise unreservedly. We're sorry that the free 8-6 delivery was not suitable. Wherever possible we work with our couriers and suppliers to improve delivery communications and we offer a host of cost effective,fast and flexible delivery solutions. Uropa, the manufacturer of the Polar unit offer a timed delivery for a small surcharge. We are proud of offering the very best prices available but this can mean margins that don't absorb additional delivery cost. We are disappointed that you believe this means we clearly don't look after our customers - sincerely.
