I am sorry if you were not made aware that we do have the option to pay extra and we can cater to your bespoke delivery needs, even if it takes a little longer to get to you. Just something to consider for next time. We pride ourselves on building solutions, even where access is a little tricky.

Thanks for the review. I understand from our internal notes that you were having some trouble with temperature. Like many brands, Parry like to look after their own warranty. We have great communications with them so this shouldn't be a problem in resolving your issue. If you are still struggling of course please let us know.
