Was able to find the item I required. But the packaging was inadequate and arrived crushed.

Good afternoon. Thanks for your feedback but we're sorry the goods arrived crushed. We use fragile tape to avoid situations like this but sometimes the goods can have a rough ride in transit. Can I ask if the items were damaged in anyway? If so we would be happy to help rectify this and organise replacements. Apologies again for the condition these arrived. Thanks for your reply. I have found that ‘fragile’ tape does nothing to prevent rough treatment.
No the contents were not damaged. I think the packaging that was used previously was bubble wrap. I appreciate however that card or paper wrap is more eco- friendly..
