This system of alarm is very good. As I am disabled it has the facility to be able to call someone if needed also has a fire alarm . Steve is extremely helpful and Polite , I would recommend this...

Hi Hazel, Thanks for taking the time to leave a great review. The phone issue is probably due to the reduced voltage being provided by the phone line provider but would not be a problem if you did want to upgrade the system as they don't use the copper wire phone lines anymore to communicate.
