Good service when you speak to the staff direct. Website has a disparity between 5 day promise and delivery dates available. This is why a 'phone call was necessary but quickly resolved.

Unfortunately we cannot prevent condensation in the fixing kit. We plastic wrap them to keep parts as secure as possible, but this means that condensation can appear due to the moisture present in the timber. I am also sorry to know that you are a bit disappointed with your purchase. If you have any concerns regarding parts, please contact us on 01636 880514 and we will gladly be of assistance. Thank you for you review.

Thank you for the feedback, our hinges attach directly onto the overlap cladding on the door gable. There is some flexibility in the hinges so they will attach securely and provide a sufficient hold. If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us on 0800 029 1000 and we will gladly be of assistance, thank you again.
