Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you’ve experienced with your shed, especially after the replacement. We understand how disappointing it must be to find the doors bowed and the front strip not as expected, despite the level concrete base. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, as we always aim to deliver quality products that meet our customers’ expectations. We can see that our customer service team are working hard on bringing this to resolution for you. Thank you once again for your honest feedback — it really helps us improve.
