Very slow delivery and no communication from delivery company. I had to phone Fishtec to enquirer about my order because the tracking said it was waiting for delivery for days.

We are sorry to hear of the trouble you have had with the delivery. This is not the service that you should expect from us, and we sincerely apologise for the way in which you have been let down. I can assure you that should you order with us again you will experience our usual efficient and hassle free service.
I've learnt that the standard of service and product has not changed over the years I've shopped at Fishtec, As always it's first class product and prompt delivery.
Would certainly recommend and buy from them again. Goods arrive very quickly and if there is a problem (very rarely), it is quickly and amicably resolved.
Never had any problems with fishtec . I ordered over the easter bank holidays so didn't expect them to arrive to soon but they did arrive in good time. Packaging in good condition. Good comfortable...
