Poor to say the least. Paid for next day delivery on the Monday and the item arrived on the Thursday. Emailed on the Wednesday to ask where it was and the automotive reply said they would contact me...

We are sorry to hear of the trouble you had with the delivery and that your email was not replied to. I will arrange for this to be looked into in more detail, and am sure that this is an isolated case. The courier has confirmed that the goods have been delivered successfully however, and I trust that you are pleased with them. If this is not the case, please do not hesitate to contact us.
