A great mix of classes!
Loving having something fun to do each day. It's a great mixture of classes for my baby and fitness for me. Bootcamp is a great first postnatal class and I feel I'm really working hard.

Chilled and good techniques to take home
Baby massage was lovely, very chilled atmosphere. No problem if baby just wants to sleep or feed.

Teachers are lovely
We love our busy lizzy classes. The teachers are lovely and made an effort to get to know my son and I've enjoyed getting out and about.
