Good afternoon Mrs Gurney We are very sorry for the technical issues you experienced when attempting to place an order with us. We can now take orders over the telephone with a new system we have put in place, which will help if customers are experiencing difficulties online. Regarding the item not received, you will notice on your invoice you were never charged for this item, which we couldn't fulfil. You were notified by email at the time, this may be lurking in your junk folder. Online Sales Manager
