Many thanks for taking the time to report your feedback. We are very sorry for any confusion our website may have caused you regarding our gift vouchers. Swag and Pandora are separate companies of ours and the Swag gift cards cannot be used in our Pandora stores. However i did speak to your sister at the time and arranged, as a one off to allow her to spend her vouchers in our Pandora Oxford store. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience to you or your sister in having to arrange this. Kind regards Online Sales Manager
