Hi Jennifer, the butler who was meant to attend your event was told to self-isolate 48 hours before your event, so we had to replace him with Freddie, hence the reason for the miscommunication. You must have been given the name of the previous butler initially. Apologies if you felt let down with the way we handled your booking.

Fun and friendly !
Jools and Josh were really friendly and attentive. They kept our drinks topped up and played games with the group. Jools and Josh did a great job and added a spark to our evening.
