Yes

Very easy to set up, didn't pester me with excess calls or emails. Decent price for the cover and like how the monthly payment stills costs the same as if you paid annually.

documents not sent after payment

after nearly a month I had not received my public and employers liability documents and when I rang, they had,, apparently forgotten to send them ! I have them now. I had paid on 1st February.

Straightforward renewal. Would have been 5 stars but have yet to receive the documents which is a but pedestrian.
