Dont use

Chose a package with a reward. But broadband genie decided to change package without telling me. So no reward and not a great deal.

You are incorrect the provider proved to me that your agent requested a different deal to what i had asked for.cant believe your trying to blame other prople again.i have the agents name and reference number if that will help you. But anything to get a sale is what your agent has done.
