Dear Iris, thank you very much for taking time to leave feedback! I’m sorry to hear you were not entirely satisfied with your course. I was in touch with my colleagues at the school and it appears that, with much regret, they were unable to place you in a group class as your level of English turned out to be below the required minimum according to your placement test. Unfortunately, the only option in this situation was to offer you private lessons. I understand that perhaps the experience was different to your expectations – I’m sorry if it was the case – but I hope that you found your private lessons useful and engaging!
