Hey there! Thanks for reaching out about this. I'm sorry about your experience failed to meet expectations. Because we do not resell, refurbish, or reuse any of our products for hygienic reasons we offer to pay for and generate a shipping label for our customers for a small subtraction of the original refund. Our return policy is 90-days.You can send it back to us at our return address for a full refund or we can provide a shipping label and will refund you minus whatever the cost of shipping ends up being (if the product isn't opened, we will pay for and provide the shipping label ourselves).
Your Beardscape is also covered for up to 2 years for manufacturing issues or in the case that your battery kicks the bucket sooner than any of us expected. 😅 The only thing it doesn't cover are things like theft and water damage.
