Sorry to hear that, we sell a lot of the Dancing Koi feature and usually get very good feedback. You can always return the feature if you are unhappy with it and it hasn't been used, and we will process a refund for you.

Disappointed with the quality but I decided to give it a try only to find the whole mould leaks in three different places .why when it should have an internal tube . Had to drill a hole in the base to allow the water to escape ,so accordingly I cannot return
Again very disappointed.,cannot say I would recommend either the product or Bradshaw direct

Good afternoon. Have you contacted us directly regarding this? I do not believe anyone in our team would tell you that you can not return this, if it arrived faulty and leaked then of course you are entitled to return. I can only think you have assumed yourself you cannot return this as you have drilled into it, without asking us. Please contact us directly at customer.services@bradshawsdirect.co.uk if you would like to arrange the return. Thank you.
