Thank you for your feedback. I apologise for any inconvenience caused due to the delay with our couriers, unfortunately although it is rare the couriers can experience problems and parcels can get mis-routed. We try our best to resolve these problems as quickly as possible so we cause as little inconvenience to the customer as we possibly can. Your order was placed on a free standard delivery which we quote as taking 5 - 7 working days, and i can see that your order had a delay of 2 working days because of the mis-route. I hope too much of an inconvenience wasn't caused and that you are happy with your items now you have received them.
