Good experience

Easy to set up new online account with great interest rate. Had problems logging on after initial set up, so emailed customer service. They replied the next day and issue was resolved.

Easy to open a Fixed rate bond

It was easy to open a Fixed Rate Bond with Birmingham Bank. The opening process went smoothly and I didn't experience and problems. Perhaps because they use humans in the process.
