We're are not able to provide cover for e-bikes which do not meet the legal requirements. Eligibility is a key aspect of being able to insure with us, and we make these requirements known when signing up for a policy. Although we've unfortunately not been able to provide cover on this occasion, I'm pleased to see that your query was resolved within 1 business day.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Direct Debit is currently the only payment method we have available, and you can choose to pay via annual or monthly Direct Debit. We do however intend to add additional payment methods in the future. You can choose to opt in or out of automatic renewals, both when signing up for a policy and at any point throughout the period of insurance, including when the policy is coming to and end. We would only ever collect the premium for a renewal if you had chosen to opt into this. If you opted out of automatic renewals, your Direct Debit would be cancelled at the end of the period of insurance. If any additional support is needed, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.
