Regarding your first claim, settlement was not offered because the total value of the claim was below the minimum policy excess of £40.00. As stated in our terms and conditions, we are unable to process claims for amounts under this excess. For your second claim, we understand your frustration with the delay, and we apologise for the wait. We have already arranged for a cycle mechanic to contact you and provide a quote for the necessary repairs to your bike. Once we have the full repair cost and, if applicable, the replacement costs confirmed, we will proceed with the next steps of your claim as quickly as possible.
