Absolute Rubbish when they claim they're the best!

Rubbish insurance. Been 5 months & they don't seem to have a clue of who's doing what! Should have been them chasing me, but its just the opposite. They keep assuring me that they will get back to me...

Ease of applying.

Can only comment on the ease of applying on line, which is straight forward while being reasonably priced only time will tell about the service if I need to make a claim.
