We're currently making changes to our website and purchase journey, so the improvements you've mentioned should be happening in the near future. We don't automatically send out actual documents, as these become obsolete as you make changes to your policy, which you can at any time. Having the documents available via your account ensures that you are always accessing the most current, but we can send these out at any time if you'd like, just let us know.
