Clarify documentation

Insurance documentation could be more clear. I had to contact to find out whether or not public liability was included - it seems not but documentation implies it is.

Great value policy via Cyclescheme and good response from Twitter when I had a query. Online form was easy to complete too. Yet to make a claim, so can’t comment on that.
