Thanks for your feedback, and apologies if your documents are difficult to find. We like to do our bit for the environment, it's an important mission for us, so we don't send out paper copies as standard. We do include links to your personal online Bikmo account area, where your documents are stored and always available, within your 'welcome email'. In addition to this, you can always access your account via the 'Log in' button on our website, whenever convenient too. In case this isn't convenient, I've sent you a direct email with a copy of your documents, which you can save for future reference. I hope this all helps, and it's great to have you with us.
