Clear and accessible information and quick responsive service

Information was clear and easy to understand. Liked the bike locking video. Very prompt response followed by confirmation in the post. Seemed a very reasonable price for the Plus cover.

No reminder of policy renewal

Would have appreciated a reminder that the policy was due for renewal as we received nothing until the renewal date and now we have to wait for 30 days for the policy to be cancelled

We send a renewal quote via email 30 days prior to the renewal date, as well as a renewal confirmation email on the day. We apologise if these emails were not received, as my colleague explained these can occasionally make their way into your spam / junk folder. I'm pleased to see that this has now been resolved and your policy cancelled with effect from the renewal date. We're sorry to see you go, but would just like to thank you for insuring with Bikmo over the past 7 years.
