Good communication, clear advice and guidance. However it was disappointing that the property could not be accessed until 5.00 pm on arrival.

We appreciate your feedback on our services. It is good to know that you found our communications and guidance to be helpful for your booking.
The later check-in was bought in to assist with the housekeepers, who due to the pandemic, had whole new cleaning measures they had to undertake to ensure everyone's safety while coinciding with a very busy season. Our check-in time is now back to the usual 4pm, so people can enjoy a bit more time in their properties again.

Reliable, courteous and helpful staff. Regular communications and updates. Very supportive when we had to leave suddenly due to illness especially as we could not clear up as much as we had hoped.
