Thank you for your feedback following your recent stay at The Ellis-Miller House.
We are pleased you found the property to be good but sorry to hear the cleanliness was not at the standard expected. We take cleanliness extremely seriously and are disappointed that our usually high standards do not appear to have been met on this occasion.
Please be assured had we been informed during your time in the property, we would have been more than happy to arrange for a housekeeper to re-attend and rectify the areas highlighted.
We hope you were still able to enjoy your time in Cambridgeshire.
