Thank you for your feedback following your recent stay at Sandpiper Cottage. We are pleased you found the property to be lovely and in an excellent location, but disappointed to learn of the areas highlighted. Please be assured an appliance engineer has been scheduled to complete a full service on the dishwasher and we have scheduled a plumber to investigate the reported issues with the tap. We are sorry to hear of the accident on the stairs, the stairs are typical of a period coastal property so are particularly steep in places.
