Dear Susan,
Thank you for your feedback. All our confirmation emails and arrival details are sent out manually so on the rare occasion a mistake can be made. All arrival details are sent out twice, once on final payment and again a week prior to your arrival to ensure you ahve everything you need, when you need it.
