I thought the property was expensive compared to other 3 bedroom cottages in other brochures. Kitchens were offered with washing machine and or dishwasher this property had neither. We plan to return but will research the cottages more carefully next time. The third bedroom was reached by a separate staircase which I do not believe was mentioned in the write up.

Friendly and professional staff who helped on the 2 visits we had at Knottebu when we encountered problems with the TV/DVD/Sky system and heating on the 2nd visit and the lack of heating for 1.5 days
Very good - I've booked the same cottage with em 6 times & always been very pleased in terms of cleanliness, up keep & general maintenance as well as ease of booking.
Really good company to deal with. The online brochure is good and I do remember calling with a query (just can't remember what the query was!), but I recall that the issue was dealt with...
