Thank you very much for your feedback. I am sorry that you were not happy with the property.
Signal in Aldeburgh can be quite tricky. As stated it is normally possible for users of O2 and Orange to get signal, most of our housekeepers and owners who live in the area use these networks. It is sometimes the case that the weather can affect the signal - this may have happened in this case. The property also has WiFi to allow people to stay in touch with family.
In regards to the cleaning I am sorry that the property was not as clean as you, and we, would expect. It is very important that all issues regarding cleanliness are raised with the housekeeper, owner or ourselves immediately. Had you done this we would have been able to arrange for someone to re-attend to make sure the property was of the standard expected.
