Dear Bernard, Thank you for your feedback following your recent stay at Seawall Cottage. We are pleased you found the cottage comfortable and in an excellent position but surprised to hear of the issues with the mid-stay clean. Please be assured a mid-stay clean is offered free of charge for any bookings over 10 nights in length. We are sorry to hear that this was not organised and would have been more than happy to assist should contact have been made during your time in the property. We hope you were still able to enjoy your time in Aldeburgh and look forward to welcoming you back to Suffolk again in the future. Kind regards, Harry Peek Guest Experience Manager
