order was click and collect - the order was ready for collection almost straight away and there was no hanging around when i went to collect my order - it was bagged up and ready to go for me.

I ordered a Tripp trap chair on line . Then I was emailed to say it was not in stock and would be a 2 to 3 week lead time. I had to cancel the order. Why have on line to order when not available?

I'm still waiting for my order, it was sent to Watergrasshill in error even though I imput my address at Minane Bridge correctly. Could you please send me my order?
