Hi, we had issues with the website and this led to 6 customers not receiving an email or purchase confirmation, all orders were dispatched however and the issue is now resolved.
We don't send out printed invoices or receipts, we do this digitally as we are working towards a paperless office to fall in line with our environmental policies, we can however send one upon request - as you never received your email, you never received your receipt and we sincerely apologise for this.
In regards to the item you purchased, it was explained at the time that we cannot accept returns on certain items for hygiene reasons and this is listed in the returns policy.
I talked to the customer service manager about your chat, she said the chat kept cutting off and she asked for your number to call you directly to discuss the issue but it wasn't given.
