I have had quality of manufacturing issues. But BI did not replace product. They had it repaired. But it has not been 100%.

Good Afternoon Mr Mostofi,
We are sorry to see you only gave us 2 stars for our service. I can see from our records that you contacted us on the 30th of October 2016. A technician called out and successfully repaired the upholstery on the 21st of November. Bearing in mind the upholstery was repaired in less than a month we are disappointed to see you did not feel we were attentive to the problem. As advised during direct correspondence, you signed the technicians report confirming the furniture had been rectified to your satisfaction during the visit and confirming that the complaint had been resolved. On that basis we would not replace the unit.

The Belluno Upholstery range is one of our bestselling and we have had very little quality issues. As noted during direct correspondence we cannot see any fault with the end cushion. As advised leather does stretch and interiors soften with use. This is perfectly natural. However we have relayed your comments and photos to the manufacturer and will contact you directly when we hear.
Superb customer service from Beadle and Crome . Issues of quality with the product have been dealt with speedily and efficiently thus far.

Many thanks for your positive review of the Hulsta Sleeping System - Bodycom range you purchased from us. We do have a parking arrangement with Q Park at Chatham Place, only five minutes walk away, where we can offer all our customers an hours free parking.
The mattress was a good value one but it did not fit the bed frame well enough. So I returned it and ordered a better fitting one. The mattress itself was great but the fit didn't work.

Dear Mrs Lea-Cox,
We are very sorry that you were not happy with the delivery experience. In this instance, as the sofa was awkward and unsafe to carry into your home packaged, it was unwrapped in the delivery vehicle prior to bringing into the room.
A new part was ordered to replace the marked leg and was successfully replaced by our delivery team. We are concerned that you did not receive the care instructions for your furniture as this is normally attached to the delivery note, of which we have the copy you have signed. We can confirm a copy of the care instructions were posted to you directly.
